This is to do a disclaimer to a viral audio that is being spread in public platform called Instablog9ja, which was aimed to spread lies and misinformation about the Yorùbá people and our peaceful agitations for indigenous people oriented governance in Yorùbáland of Nigeria.

In the same audio, the moderators were heard cautioning the overzealous element who was making that inflammatory statement which does not represent Think Yoruba First Organization ideology and manifesto. Think Yoruba First Organization recognizes the rights of every Nigerians to reside wherever they wishes and we do not advocate for the removal of anyone from any part of Nigeria. We are not advocating for any protest of any kind but rather encourage people to continue to dialogue with their lawmakers. Our advocacy is strictly about the campaign for a restructured Nigeria where true federalism based on ethnolinguistic federations is favored as proposed by the late sage Chief Obafemi Awolowo.

We have proposed a Townhall meeting with stakeholders which we will be announcing very soon, this is the way Omoluabi Yoruba act with leaders, not through violence.

We hereby call on the general public to dissociate themselves from the lies being peddled by Instablog9ja, and similar handles that are platforms which are being used to propagate Yoruba Hate and other fascist Obidient movement agenda which sole purposes was to be churning out lies and divisive rhetoric in the Nigerian media space.
